🛒 ORDERING & CUSTOMIZATION
Yes! There is a short grace period after ordering during which modifications can be made. Once production begins, we cannot change things like cutouts or laminate selection. You’ll receive a confirmation email after purchase to approve your cart details before we start building.
Absolutely! If you order a sign, we’ll print your logo as provided. We also offer simple logo design support for a small fee. If you have a custom cart vision, we’re happy to help bring it to life.
Yes! We offer custom countertop cutouts for $100. This includes custom sizing for tins, appliances, or other insert needs
Yes! Most panels are interchangeable, and you can order individual components later if needed.
Yes! We offer cart signs, cutting boards, extra shelves, and more. Reach out if you’d like to add on or replace a component.
🚚 SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICKUP
In some cases, yes. Additional customs and delivery fees may apply. Email us at team@remarkablyher.com for a quote.
Freight shipping is arranged through a third-party carrier. Once your cart is packaged and ready, we’ll book the shipment for you. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Your cart will arrive on a pallet, curbside delivery, so someone must be available to receive it.
Yes! Once your cart ships, you’ll receive tracking information.
Local pickup is available by appointment with a $25 pick-up fee. We also offer White Glove Delivery for qualifying locations.
Yes! Our White Glove Delivery service is available for customers for a fee within a certain distance of RH. We’ll bring the cart to you, set it up, and answer any questions. Contact us for availability and pricing.
No problem—we can arrange freight shipping to most locations. We provide detailed unboxing and setup instructions to make the process easy.
Most carts ship within 4–6 weeks depending on order volume. We’ll confirm your estimated ship date after your order is placed. Ask about our rush production orders for a fee, for a 2.5 week completion time.
💳 PAYMENT & POLICIES
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. You can order through our website, Etsy, or directly with us. Direct orders are invoiced via Square.
At this time, all payments must be made in full due to material and labor costs.
Carts are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if your cart arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and we’ll make it right.
We sometimes run promotions and offer referral perks. If someone referred you, let us know at checkout! Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our emails to stay updated.
Once payment has been received and your cart enters the production queue, we begin ordering materials and custom-building your cart to your specifications.
Because each cart is made to order, all sales are final once production has started. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or modifications after this point.
We typically require full payment at the time of purchase. On rare occasions, we may agree to accept a deposit to hold your build slot.
Please note: any deposit paid is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your order. Once materials are ordered or production begins, the order becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable.
🛠️ PRODUCT DETAILS & FEATURES
The cart’s dimensions vary slightly based on the model, but typical measurements are ~48″ Length X 24″ W X 36″H. The hinged/retractable sides add 10″ of length on each side.
Yes! All carts are designed to be fully collapsible for easy transport and storage.
Yes! All carts come with heavy-duty locking casters and can support up to 450 lbs.
Yes! You can choose whether or not your cart includes an umbrella hole. We also provide links to recommended umbrellas from past customers.
Many of our customers have successfully used our carts for permitted food service. If your county requires plans or specs, we can help you with drawings and supporting materials when possible. Every state, city, and county have different requirements. We suggest to reach out to your health department first.
Yes! We can assist with basic drawings to help you meet local permit requirements. Email is at team@remarkablyher.com for any resources needed!
No tools are required. Our carts are designed for fast, easy assembly by hand.
The cart weighs approximately 110 pounds when fully assembled, the weight varies by model slightly.
Our carts are made from high-quality materials like high pressure laminate and recycled wood fiber core. They are durable, lightweight, and designed to withstand regular use.
🧼 CART MAINTENANCE & STORAGE
Keep the cart dry and avoid placing heavy items on top for extended periods (multiple days). Store it in a temperature-controlled indoor space when not in use
Short-term garage storage is fine, but for best results, store your cart indoors in a dry, climate-controlled space to avoid warping or wear
💡 SIGNS & ADD-ONS
We include Command Strips for attaching wooden signs—no tools, no damage to your cart or sign.
Acrylic LED signs are attached with standoffs. We pre-drill a small hole to route the power cable cleanly through the cart.
