Rosette
Rosette is the backbone of our customer experience and operations, seamlessly managing 1:1 cart consultations, custom design requests, quotes, invoicing, and customer service. She works closely with clients to bring their ideas to life, ensuring every cart meets their vision while handling all the details behind the scenes. In addition to guiding customers, she plays a critical role in administrative coordination, order management, and keeping our workflows running smoothly. Whether she’s finalizing specs, troubleshooting requests, or making sure orders are on track, Rosette keeps everything moving with precision and care.
Matthew
Matthew is the expert behind the high-quality materials that set our carts apart. As our Wood Sourcing & Logistics Lead, he hand-selects premium wood from Maryland and Pennsylvania, ensuring each piece meets the highest standards of durability and craftsmanship. His deep industry knowledge and keen eye for quality keep production running smoothly, from sourcing materials to coordinating deliveries. Matthew also provides White Glove Delivery for select customers, ensuring carts arrive safely and are set up with care. If it’s built to last, he made sure it started with the best.
Josh
Josh brings his background as a carpenter and problem-solver to the team, handling woodworking, logistics, and engineering solutions for our carts. With an engineer’s mindset, he’s always refining designs to make our carts more efficient, durable, and functional. From custom charcuterie boards to full-scale builds, Josh ensures every product is crafted with precision and built to last.
Jayben
Jayben plays a vital role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. As our Administrative Assistant, he handles customer service, administrative tasks, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything moving forward. From managing requests and supporting the team to taking on the tasks others may overlook, Jayben approaches every responsibility with dedication and attention to detail. He is a true team player, he is always willing to step in wherever needed, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
